Life Saver. I was locked out of the house this morning, and flicked Lance a text to see if he could come out like 0900hrs and he responded and thankfully took the extra time to fit me into his schedule, I am really grateful, I work from home so was late for meetings and health appointments, the wait was like 25 mins. Process was super easy, the price was affordable. Friendly, professional, efficient and great communication. I would highly recommend and Lance the Locksmith will be my go to person for anything related. Lance was our first locksmith experience as new home owners, and he was great. We needed to replace our front doorknob and deadbolt, and to adjust a sliding door lock; we went with Lance because he was really responsive and the quote was more reasonable. Both things have been fixed, look great and work well, and we got good advice from Lance along the way.
